Fun 4 Port Charlotte Kids currently serves families in Charlotte County and South Sarasota County. The population of this market is 360,000+. We are amenable to expanding the market to include the Fort Myers / Cape Coral area, OR starting a new site just serving that market instead, depending on the candidate's qualifications and area of residence.

Minimum Franchisee Requirements

• Must live in Charlotte County or South Sarasota County to run Fun 4 Port Charlotte Kids. Must live in Lee County to run a site serving Fort Myers and Cape Coral area.
• Must be able to work full time on the business. Buyer may not own another business or work full time at another job.
• The franchise requires a minimum of 2 people to run the business. 1 person must be solely dedicated to managing the website content. (Most of our franchisees hire a stay at home mom to work part-time on content. On this site, the weekly hours for this position would be 5-10 hours a week on average.)
• Sales Oriented (no experience necessary)
• Team Player
• Be involved in the community

Franchisees keep 100% of the revenue they earn from selling ads on the website. Fun 4 US Kids does not charge royalty fees. Franchisees set their own rates, and negotiate their own deals for advertising. Franchisees may also negotiate trade deals such as tickets, goods, or services in exchange for advertising. There is no territory restriction for the businesses you can sell advertising to. We also work together to sell ads on each other's sites. All residual ad sales on the site will convert to the franchisee after signing.

The asking price for the Fun 4 Port Charlotte Kids site is $10,000. The franchise fee for a site serving JUST Lee County is $10,000. The fee for a site serving BOTH Lee County AND the Fun 4 Port Charlotte Kids market (which would mean expanding the existing site to include Lee County as well and probably renaming the site) is $15,000.
