Blue Ridge Park

The playground at Blue Ridge Park is a great place for children aged 2 to 12 years old to play and meet other children from the community. This playground has two sets of playcenters with canopies, swing sets, and rope jungle gym.

The larger set is a two-part playcenter connected by a bridge designed for children 5-12 years old. The playcenter is made up of slides, stairs, monkey bars, and fireman’s poles.

The smaller set is a single playcenter, made for children 2-5 years old, which has slides, ladders, stairs wide enough for parents to assist younger children onto the platforms, and a suspended tunnel.

Each play center has an age appropriate swing set associated with it. The swing set tailored to the older children has a tall frame and traditional open seats, while the swing set for the younger children is both shorter and has wrap around safety seats.

The jungle gym is an open designed geometric figure using ropes to climb on.
