DMH Pediatric Rehabilitation

DMH Pediatric Rehab is an outpatient facility based in Port Charlotte, Florida that opened in January 2020. Specializing in pediatrics, we provide rehabilitation services including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy to children ages 0-18 of all abilities. Our staff provides compassionate, individualized care for each child that aims to improve their gross motor skills, fine motor skills, language and communication, and social emotional skills. We focus on evidence-based practice and use a play-focused approach to ensure that your child is receiving the best care, achieves their goals, and actually looks forwards to their appointments. DMH Pediatric Rehab treats a variety of conditions including gross motor delay, cerebral palsy, neurological problems, torticollis/plagiocephaly, genetic conditions, sensory disorders, and orthopedic injuries. Our mission at DMH Pediatric Rehab is to provide a fun environment for your child so they can grow to their full potential while providing support to families and caregivers.
