Compete for Gold, Silver, and Bronze in these "Ability 5K Run" Categories:
Both Men's and Women's age brackets: 12-18, 19-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75+
Over All Men's and Women's: Overall, Masters, Grand Masters, Senior Grand Master, Veterans
Those taking part in the "Ability 1K Fun Walk" will not receive a bib and will not be timed. The walk will go around Laishley Park area on the sidewalk.
