Dragonfly Ayurveda and Yoga - After School Kids Yoga
Our own Laurie Tenzer (Dr. T) will instruct children grades 2 - 4 on the basics of yoga postures and the 4 elements of KIDS' yoga. Laurie holds a Doctorate in Education and is a Certified KIDS' Yoga instructor.
This after school session runs for 8 weeks with a presentation class for the family. Drop ins are also available.
Parents can participate in their own class in our other studio while their children are actively engaged in theirs.
