Frequently asked questions Can I buy tickets at the door? Yes, but we recommend buying online tickets before the performance. At what age does a child require a ticket? Children under two years old are admitted for free! Those from 2 to 12 years old need a child ticket, and those from 13 years old require an adult ticket. What is synthetic ice? Synthetic ice is a solid polymer sheet bonded to other sheets to form an artificial ice surface for skating. Should I go some time before the performance starts? Yes, it is highly recommended. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend you arrive early. The door will open one hour before the start of each show.
